- Where the $2,262,599.53 paid by incarcerated people and their families is deposited, and what it may be spent on. Not yet requested; not known.
- The grievance log as structured data — tracking number, disposition, reason for return, no names. Not requested; not published anywhere we can find.
- What the Authority's Board was told about each in-custody death, and what it did. The Commonwealth publishes counts; the Board's handling is nowhere in the record we hold.

How these numbers were made
The packet is a 69-page PDF. Values were extracted from its text layer by column position, not OCR. A random 5% audit — 64 rows, 413 values — matched the source with zero transcription errors.
Gaps in the source are carried through, not filled: no federal overhead figure for June 2026; five agencies but four values in May 2026 federal billing; work release reporting stops after April 2026 (“Jail no longer collects inmate paychecks. They are direct deposited and they pay their expenses.”). Where we compute a figure, the page says computed and shows the division.
